# Fourteen years of tech, one point of contact

Fedelta Media started in May 2012 and has run on one principle ever since: the tech behind your site should work without you having to think about it.

## From custom code to our own servers

Fedelta Media started in May 2012 as a one-person business, out of the conviction that the tech behind a website matters just as much as its design. What started with programming and custom work grew into everything that comes with it: hosting, maintenance, security and speed.

Today almost a hundred sites and webshops run on our own servers, and we still write code: from integrations and scripts to complete WordPress and Magento solutions. There is no helpdesk, no account manager and no ticket system: you deal directly with the person who actually does the work.

Fully remote, for clients in the Netherlands and beyond. Where you are matters less than how quickly you reach someone who can look into your site.

### Short timeline

- **2012**: Fedelta Media founded: programming and custom work for the web.
- **2013**: Specializing in WordPress and Magento: building, integrating and fixing.
- **2016**: Hosting, maintenance and performance added, alongside the development work.
- **2018**: Our own servers with CloudLinux, account isolation and NVMe.
- **2020**: Technical server management added: servers that do not run with us are kept up to date, monitored and cleaned up when things go wrong too.
- **2026**: WordPress + AI: clients edit their site through ChatGPT or Claude.

## Four things we do not do

- **No layers in between**: You deal with the person who does the work. No helpdesk, no ticket number.
- **No vague quotes**: Always an estimate up front, and a price that matches the invoice afterwards.
- **No small print**: An annual contract with one month's notice, and your data stays yours.
- **No empty promises**: What we cannot deliver, we do not promise. Not even in the sales pitch.

## We build our own products too

Alongside client work, we develop our own software. That keeps our technical skills sharp and produces things clients benefit from right away.
