# Urgent request

Exclusively for existing clients with an incident on a website or service that we provide or manage. Your report reaches us immediately by email and text message.

## Rate and conditions

By submitting the form you agree to the following.

- An urgent request is charged at our urgent rate of € 135 per hour, excl. VAT, with a minimum of one hour.
- In the evening, at night, on weekends or on public holidays a higher rate may apply.
- Depending on the work, an estimate of the hours may be invoiced in advance. That invoice must be paid before we start. We decide when this applies.
- Fedelta Media decides whether a request counts as urgent and which work within it is or is not carried out.
- If there is an active SLA contract (VPS and Magento only) and the outage is directly related to it, **the costs of the urgent request are waived**. If the outage was caused by your own actions, the costs still apply.
