Good to know

What does automation cost?
You get an estimate up front. For a well-defined job we agree on a fixed price; otherwise we work by the hour at € 75 per hour excl. VAT. An automation often pays for itself within a few months in hours saved.
Which systems do you work with?
In principle any system with an API or webhooks. Common ones are WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Moneybird, Mollie, ChatGPT and Claude, but also CRM, inventory and planning software. If a system has no API, we look at exports or another route. Is your system not on the list? Feel free to ask about the options.
Who maintains the custom work afterwards?
We do. If something changes in a connected system, for example a new version of an API, we adapt it at the hourly rate.
Is AI safe with my business data?
That depends on how you set it up, and that's exactly what we pay attention to. We decide up front which data ChatGPT or Claude may and may not see, use your own account with OpenAI or Anthropic and never put customer or payment data into an external service without you knowing.
Can I start small?
That's actually what we prefer. We take one process first, measure what it delivers, and only expand once it works. That way you know what you're getting into.
