Below is a brief summary of the most important arrangements. The full terms and conditions are in the PDF file at the bottom of this page; in case of any difference between this summary and the PDF, the PDF prevails. This is a translation for convenience; in case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.
Term and cancellation
Maintenance contracts and hosting packages run per year, with a notice period of one month. Invoicing is every six months or yearly, by arrangement.
Managed Magento hosting has a notice period of three months.
If you cancel one part of a combined package, the package discount lapses and from the next renewal you pay the separate list price for what you keep.
Prices and invoicing
All prices stated are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Work on an hourly basis is charged at a rate of € 75 per hour excl. VAT, always with an estimate in advance.
Urgent work outside office hours is charged at an adjusted rate, which we state in advance.
Ownership
You are and remain the owner of your own domain names, website, content and data. Custom code that we write on commission is supplied under a license to use, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If you want to move to another provider, we will cooperate and you will receive the necessary access and transfer codes.
Availability and liability
We make every effort to ensure good availability of the services running on our own servers, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Our liability is limited as described in the full terms and conditions. Always keep your own copy of any data you cannot do without.
Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to discuss any dispute together first, before a court gets involved.
