What exactly does "managed" mean?
We take care of everything around the server: installation, updates, maintenance, monitoring, security and support. You focus on your webshop.
I have a multilingual shop with several domain names. Is that possible?
Yes. One Magento installation can serve several domain names, for example one per language or region: one installation with four languages is four domains. That is why the maximum number of domains is higher than the number of installations. Need more? Then we expand, or you choose Pro+ Unlimited.
Can I host a staging environment alongside my shop?
Yes, it is included by default. Every installation consists of a production environment and a staging environment, so you can test upgrades and custom work before they go live.
Can my existing shop be migrated?
Yes. We migrate your shop from € 50 per installation (production + staging). We first set it up alongside the existing environment, test everything and only then switch the DNS.
Which package suits my shop?
That mainly depends on the number of products and the number of installations. Starter is meant for shops with up to about 1,500 products, Grow and Pro for catalogs of up to around 25,000 products. Pro+ Unlimited has no limit on products or domains. Message us your URL and we will take a look.
What happens if something goes down?
We monitor the shop and the server 24/7 and usually respond to an outage within 15 minutes. You have direct contact with your regular administrator; there is no ticket system. Outside office hours you can submit an urgent request.
What are the notice periods?
The TransIP VPS can be canceled monthly. Management by Fedelta Media has a notice period of three months.
