Good to know
What does it cost and how does invoicing work?
€ 75 per hour excl. VAT, with no minimum commitment. You get an estimate up front and afterwards an invoice in the agency's name, not the end client's. For larger projects we agree on a fixed price.
Do you really stay invisible to our client?
Yes, if that is what you want. We invoice you and only communicate with your team; the work runs as if it comes from your agency. If you would rather have us at the table, we will simply join in.
Is white-label also suitable for one-time jobs?
Certainly. There is no minimum commitment and no contract: you can bring us in for one job and then not get in touch for six months. The rate stays the same.
Can you migrate sites as well?
Yes, from almost any hosting provider. Moving to our servers often costs nothing and the site stays online during the migration. If it is a move to a provider other than us, we charge the hourly rate.
Do you also do server management?
Yes, and it does not have to be with us. If one of your clients runs on their own VPS or dedicated server, we take over the management, updates and security there too. We usually agree on a fixed monthly amount for that; a one-time job at the hourly rate is also possible.
Can you carry out page speed optimization white-label?
Yes. You get a baseline measurement, the work itself and a report with the figures before and after, without our name on it. You can forward that report to the client as it is.
Do you also handle urgent jobs outside office hours?
Yes. If a client's site is down, or has been hacked and no longer works as a result, we step in during evenings and weekends too. You hear the rate for that up front, so nobody gets a surprise. Just send us a WhatsApp message, that is what we see fastest.
Can you take on ongoing maintenance?
Yes, per site or for a whole portfolio. That runs through our regular maintenance contracts, but at a partner rate: you pay less than what a site costs directly with us. What you charge the end client is up to you; the difference is your margin.
Do you also work with Magento?
Yes. Magento 2 custom work, version upgrades, patches and performance are part of our everyday work. For agencies without a Magento developer, that is often the reason to bring us in.
